WHY SHOULD YOU PRE-ORDER?

Simply put - pre-ordering gives you the limited opportunity to acquire our premium made-to-order shoes at great prices. We strongly believe planning has benefits and if shopping is planned, it must reap benefits as well, like it does in travel, food, untilities etc. By planning ahead, you avoid the usual retail markups and are able to buy quality shoes that would otherwise be much more expensive. Manufacturing to meet the requirements of our customers without holding stock ensures you get the best deals on the most luxurious and high-end pairs. Carrying shoes as inventory adds an extra blanket of costs that ends up pushing the retail price you pay in various ways. Inventory occupies space which is added to the cost structure of the shoes. Inventory also requires high upfront investment that needs to be backed by high profit margins in order to be sustainable. This not only brings in economic inefficiencies but also causes environmental damage as it increases consumtpion of energay and fuel consumption and generates waste.

 

HOW DO YOU KEEP YOUR PRICES SO LOW WITHOUT SACRIFICING QUALITY?

Decades of experience in the industry tells us that the best way to offer appropriate prices is by making the supply chain as organized as possible. How do we do it? We avoid needless costs that end up increasing the price you pay for those premium shoes. For example, we don’t invest in expensive real estate and redundant marketing. We don’t have the expenses that are associated with having inventory. Reducing these expenses allows us to 1) reduce prices to almost half that of other direct-to-consumer luxury brands and 2) give the best value to all of our customers.

 

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

All our products are made in factories located in different cities of North India, we love making in India and support the 'Make in India' campaign.

We work with ethically responsible factories who ahdhere to highest quality standards, best manufacturing practices and ethical working conditions. Our strong resolve is that we will never support sweatshops or unfair manufacturing conditions. 

 

HOW CAN I BUY A PRODUCT FROM A CAMPAIGN THAT HAS CLOSED. WHAT CAN I DO TO GET THAT PAIR?

Don't worry. All our shoes are made to order, however, the designs from previous campaigns won't be available at those 50% or 30% off prices. Our recommendation is to get the product as soon as it’s been launched. Once a campaign closes, it is very unlikely to get another chance to buy the products at campaign prices. 

 

WHEN DO I PAY?

As a startup, we use the revenues from your pre-order payments to pay for development, materials and labor  which ensures we can deliver the premium shoes and customer service at competitive prices, without failing on our commitments.

 

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM AFTER I RECEIVED IT?

It is extremely easy to return with us. Just send us an email to service@dnuvo.com with the subject “return” and your order number and we will get back to you on next steps. Returned products must be in their original packaging and be in perfect condition, unworn and have all their original tags attached

 

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?

Refunds can take up to 10 days after the items are received at our warehouse and are checked by the team. The package will take up to 5 business days to arrive at our Delhi office, up to 3 business days to be processed once received and a few more days for your bank to process the refund.

 

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

Just shoot an email to service@dnuvo.com to change all the information you want as many times as you need before the products are shipped.

 

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED?

We want to give you outstanding products and the best bang for your hard earned buck. To do so, we rely on your support for each campaign. All pre-orders will ship 10-15 days after the order window has closed.

 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Of course you can! We’ll keep you updated via email while we complete your order and we’ll send you a tracking number as soon as your product ships so you can check the status of your order at any time.

 

HOW MUCH IS IT FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Flat Rate: Rs.3,000/-. For international customers, orders may be subject to taxes and customs duties ("Import Fees") by the destination country. Import Fees must be paid by the person receiving the package when it reaches its destination. Unfortunately, this fee cannot be refunded.

 

HOW CAN I MAKE AN INTERNATIONAL RETURN?

We are unable to provide free returns for international orders. If you return the product at your own expense we will happily give you free shipping on your next order. If you want to return an order please email us at service@dnuvo.com, and we’ll get back to you.

WHAT GUARANTEE DO YOU OFFER?

The manufacturing processes involved in making our products allow us to offer a 1 year guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship. Please note that normal wear and tear is not subject to guarantee.

 

DO YOU HAVE ANY ITEMS IN STOCK THAT I CAN BUY NOW?

Unfortunately the only way we can guarantee the best prices is by not keeping any inventory, this means we will not have any products in stock. If we had any, prices would increase dramatically and we don’t want that.

 

 

SHOES THAT DON'T FIT

One of the best things about custom shoes is having them tailored to fit, and we can make some adjustments to create a better fit for you. If you receive your shoes and they don't fit right, please contact us as soon as you can within 30 days of receiving your order. As long as they’re in an unworn condition, we’ll happily remake them free of charge in a different size.
